How long we keep it
Attachments are not stored by the website itself. Enquiries that do not become projects are normally deleted after 12 months. If work proceeds, relevant correspondence and project records may be retained for longer where reasonably needed for the service, professional record-keeping, insurance, tax, or legal requirements. Information is securely deleted when no longer required.
